What is an MSME?


An MSME or Micro, Small and Medium Enterprise in the Philippines is defined as any duly registered with the government business activity or enterprise engaged in industry, agri-business and/or services that has an asset size nor including land of up to Php100million and an employment size with less than 200 employees.

Micro enterprises are those with assets below Php3million and with 1 to 9 employees.

Small enterprises are those with assets from Php3million to below Php15million and with 10 to 99 employees.

Medium enterprises are those with assets from Php15million to below Php100million and with 100 to 199 employees.

Large enterprises are those with assets from Php100million and above and with 200 or more employees.
